The card is ready.

WE OWE SOMEONE AN APOLOGY.
That's really all we're prepared to say about that.
We know what happened.
We have photographic evidence.
And eventually, someone is going to find out this part of Court Wit history belongs to them.

#050 — CAUGHT THE LINE
There are only 50.
Eventually, 49 will be gone.
And somewhere out there is the person who will claim the very last spot.
Original #050.
They won't just make the Original 50.
They'll have caught the outside edge of the line.

One... requires an apology.
And one will close it out.
None of them are finished yet.
But they will be.
And when they are, the people, the pictures and the stories will live right here as part of Court Wit history.
AND WHAT ABOUT THE OTHER 47?
We're not forgetting about them.
Not even close.
Every person who becomes one of the Original 50 helps write the first chapter of Court Wit.
We're simply following three numbers that happen to have stories of their own.
The first.
One we're not quite ready to explain.
And the last.
But make no mistake — all 50 were here at the beginning.
And there will only ever be 50 who can say that.
