RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your Court Wit gear. If something isn't right with your order, please contact us at steve@courtwit.com and we'll do our best to make it right.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem. Once reviewed, we'll arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

SIZING & CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

Most Court Wit apparel is made to order locally in Kamloops, British Columbia and produced specifically for you after your order is placed. Because these products are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Ordering the wrong size
Choosing the wrong colour or product
Change of mind
Preference regarding fit or style

Please review the product description and available sizing information carefully before ordering.

If you believe there is a problem with the garment itself rather than simply the size selected, contact us and we'll be happy to review it.

CANCELLATIONS & ORDER CHANGES

Because Court Wit apparel is made to order, production may begin shortly after your order is placed.

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us at steve@courtwit.com as soon as possible. We'll make every effort to accommodate your request, but once production has begun, we may not be able to change or cancel your order.

REFUNDS

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or the refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

LOST OR MISSING ORDERS

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at steve@courtwit.com. We'll investigate the shipment and work with you to determine the appropriate next step.

YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
