SHIPPING POLICY
At Court Wit, our apparel is made to order and produced locally in Kamloops, British Columbia. This allows us to focus on quality and produce your gear specifically for your order rather than mass-producing inventory.
PRODUCTION TIME
Please allow approximately 2-3 business days for production before your order ships.
Production time is separate from shipping time. During particularly busy periods, production may occasionally take a little longer. If we expect a significant delay with your order, we'll contact you.
SHIPPING
Once your order has been completed and prepared for shipment, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Shipping times begin after production is complete and will vary depending on your location and the shipping service used.
Any estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays and other circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect delivery times.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping charges are calculated or displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
TRACKING
When tracking is available, your tracking information will be included in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
If you notice an error after ordering, contact us at steve@courtwit.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout may be the responsibility of the customer.
LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your tracking information indicates a problem or your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable period after its expected delivery date, please contact us.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us and we'll work with you to make it right.
